These rimmonims has three-tiered structures and hollow cylindrical stands to be fixed on Torah finials. The upper tier represents a six-ribbed crown topped by a bird statuette. The lower tier is formed of six oval-shaped medallions bearing the symbolic images of a swan, elephant, bird, duck, lion and the Noah's Ark. The bells are suspended on the lower and central tiers (only five of them survived). The item bears the stamp of Odesa, the master's brand and the hallmark. |
